• Shipping address and phone number

Photo and Biometric Data:

• Your uploaded passport photo
• Processed and cropped versions of your photo
• Facial landmarks (468 points extracted for compliance checking)
• Head position, eye alignment, and other geometric measurements

Payment Information:

• Credit/debit card information is processed by Stripe and not stored on our servers
• We retain Stripe transaction IDs and payment status for accounting

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process your photo against State Department compliance requirements
• To fulfill, track, and deliver your order
• To communicate with you about your orders (confirmations, status, shipping)
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• To analyze and improve our Service
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Original Uploaded Photos: Automatically deleted 30 days after order fulfillment.

Processed Photos (Digital & Print): Stored in your account for 30 days. Available on request for up to 1 year. Permanently deleted after 1 year.

Facial Landmarks and Biometric Data: Never permanently stored. Extracted only during processing and discarded after compliance verification.

Order Metadata: Retained indefinitely for accounting, legal, and fraud prevention purposes. This includes your name, email, address, and order details (not the photo itself).

5. Security of Your Information

We use industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS)
• Encrypted storage of sensitive information
• Access controls and authentication requirements
• Regular security audits and updates

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we use industry-standard protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do NOT sell your personal information.

We may share information only with:

• Payment Processors: Stripe (limited to transaction details)
• Printing Partners: As needed to fulfill your order (limited to name, address, and print specifications)
• Email Service Providers: For order confirmations and notifications
